About Me:Kristin was raised in the West Island (with youthful stints working as a Chi-Chi’s hostess and a local lifeguard). She subsequently traveled the world before returning home to raise her 2, now teenage, daughters. While she enjoys the peace and tranquility of the suburbs, she also enjoys working and spending time in the city. She loves watching live music and playing in local sports leagues. In 2010, while on her 2nd maternity leave, Kristin decided to pursue her passion of helping people and obtained her real estate license, graduating at the top of her class. Her previous experience in customer service, sales analysis and marketing in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries made the career transition a smooth one. Her patience and calm nature help to guide her clients through the stressful process of buying and selling real estate. About Me:Born and raised on the West Island, Leigh began her real estate career in 2000. Having been away from Montreal since 1989 exploring the planet, family circumstances called her back to Montreal where she rediscovered the peace and tranquility of the place she knew as home. After graduation from university, she felt that real estate would definitely become her career one day but knew there were lots of adventures to be had before then. A summer in Banff, a degree earned at Western University in London, ON, 3 years working in property management and hospitality in Whistler, BC, extensive travels in New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia, a year teaching English in South Korea and some time living and working in Vancouver and Europe all led her back the quality of life she really enjoys on the West Island. She began her real estate career with a different banner but soon realized Royal LePage was where she wanted to be. She has never looked back. As we all know, real estate is a way of life rather than just a job. Her successful 23 year career with Royal LePage has given her an in-depth understanding of the brand and how to take advantage of all that it offers to the over 20,000 real estate brokers in over 600 locations from coast to coast of our amazing country. Leigh has also managed several renovation projects over the years. She renovated many homes in the early 2000s and eventually moved on to bigger projects. Her largest to date was a great room extension on her own home. She enjoys the creativity involved in such projects and is happy to share her insights with homeowners or those ready to take the plunge into home ownership. She is also a great believer in home staging and is happy to help clients use what they have (or what she may have!) to create the best image possible when presenting their properties to the market for sale.
